We strive to provide fast and secure deliveries at competitive prices. We are constantly working to develop and improve our delivery options. We currently use Posti and Matkahuolto's transport services.
We do not currently ship products outside EU countries.
Orders where all products are available in stock will be processed as soon as possible. If the product is not available in stock, we will first place an order with the supplier. When the product arrives in our warehouse, it will be processed within the normal processing time. During public holidays and high seasons, the processing time may be longer than normal.
All orders will be shipped to the customer within 1-5 business days if the product is in stock. If the product is out of stock, you will be contacted by customer service and informed of the estimated delivery time. Some products can be ordered immediately, even if we are out of stock. For these, the completed estimated delivery time is displayed.
Some products are custom products and the delivery time for these products is specified in the product information.
The delivery fee in Finland is € 3.90 per order when ordering at Posti's parcel machine, Matkahuolto's parcel point or pick-up point. With home delivery by Post or Matkahuolto, the price is € 14.90 / order. Orders over € 99 are always delivered without delivery costs. The delivery fee outside Finland to EU countries is 12.90 euros.
We offer a wide range of delivery options from which you can choose the one that suits you best:
- Pickup from Matkahuolto's parcel point
Based on your delivery address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto office, Matkahuolto agent point or Matkahuolto parcel point (eg K-Markets, R-Kiosks and Tokmanni). You will receive a text message or email as soon as your order can be picked up. Please bring your ID when picking up your shipment.
- Matkahuolto Home delivery
An easy way to get the products you ordered directly to your door or to another address of your choice on weekdays. Matkahuolto will contact you by text message to arrange a suitable delivery time. Delivery is not possible for all orders as the maximum package size is limited.
- Pick-up from Posti package point
You can pick up the products you have ordered from Posti's parcel machine. The nearest parcel machines will be listed based on the delivery address you provide. The vending machines are filled on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Vending machines located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Tampere and Turku areas are also filled on Saturdays. You will receive a notification to MyPost or a text message when the package is available for download. Do not delete the message as it contains the code you need to retrieve the package. The package will be stored in the vending machine for seven days from its arrival. Please note that there is a size limit on the vending machine compartments, so the delivery method cannot be used for all orders.
- Pickup from the Post Office
You can pick up the products you have ordered from the Posti service point. You will be notified of the arrival of the package in OmaPosti or by text message. You can track the progress of the package based on the Postage ID you receive in your e-mail once we have sent your order. When picking up the shipment, bring your ID and Postage ID.
- Postal Home Package
An easy way to get the products you ordered directly to your door or to the address you want. Furniture and other large products (eg sofas) are always delivered to the delivery address. You can track your shipment through the MyPost app. Before home delivery, Posti will contact you by telephone to determine the most suitable delivery time. The post office delivers home in larger cities on weekdays from 9 am to 9 pm. In other areas, shipments will be delivered on weekdays by 2 p.m.
We currently deliver to EU countries using Posti's Parcel Connect delivery service.
